Via S-Bahn:
After entering arrivals, follow signs for the S-Bahn station (a green S symbol). The platforms are underground and reached via stairs, escalators and elevators from both sides of the arrivals level. Board the S2 towards Schorndorf or S3 towards Backnang, both from platform 2. Ride these approximately 25 minutes until reaching the station Universität, where you should get off. Depart the station in the direction of travel of the S-Bahn, following signs for Universitätszentrum. Take the stairs/escalators all the way to the top, and then follow signs towards the venue, or refer to the maps & images below.
From Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof Long Distance Platforms (e.g. ICE, TGV)
Via S-Bahn:
Upon arriving at the surface level platforms of Hauptbahnhof, you need to make your way around the large construction site to the underground concourse. There are access routes on the left and right ends of the station. Follow signs for the S-Bahn (green S symbol). The walk will take 5-10 minutes, elevators are only available on the opposite side of the large road. A map can be found here: https://www3.vvs.de/Download/Envmaps/vvs/uhbf.pdf - follow one of the orange lines from platforms 1-16 to the S-bahn platforms in the underground concourse.
Go to platform 101 for the S1 towards Herrenberg, S2 towards Filderstadt or S3 towards Vaihingen. Board any of these lines, and ride for approximately 10 minutes, until reaching the station Universität, where you should get off (note - do not use the lines S4, S5 or S6). Depart the station in the opposite direction of travel of the S-Bahn, following signs for Universitätszentrum. Take the stairs/escalators all the way to the top, and then follow signs towards the venue, or refer to the maps & images below.
From Hotel Ibis
Via U-Bahn & S-Bahn:
Enter the station Maybachstraße, and board the U6 towards Flughafen/Messe. Ride this for approximately 8 minutes, and get off at the station Hauptbahnhof. Take the stairs/escalators up in the opposite direction of travel of the train, and follow signs for the S-Bahn (green S symbol), taking the longer stairs/escalators down to the deep level platforms.
Go to platform 101 for the S1 towards Herrenberg, S2 towards Filderstadt or S3 towards Vaihingen. Board any of these lines, and ride for approximately 10 minutes, until reaching the station Universität, where you should get off (note - do not use the lines S4, S5 or S6). Via Car
Access Pfaffenwaldring via Universitätsstraße, which is connected directly to the B14. Pfaffenwaldring follows a loop around the campus, with one side directly adjacent to the forest. The RZBW is in the north-western corner, as the road turns back south. This is the best side to find a parking space, however it will become quite busy from 8am onwards.

Follow the placed signs starting in front of the exit of the S-Bahn station, or refer to the images below. If you get lost, ask for Pfaffenwaldring 29.
