Participants are free to choose their accommodations.
For your convenience, Stuttgart-Marketing GmbH has reserved a contingent of hotel rooms for participants of the SOFIA Workshop 2020. You can choose between hotels located in the city center, at the airport or if you prefer to stay close to the conference venue, check the hotel in Vaihingen.

and have to be booked individually by the participants until
15th of May 2020
(or 7th of April 2020 - only hotel Essential by Dorint Stuttgart/Airport).
The free ticket for public transport in Stuttgart (airport zone is included) will only be included (for each day of your stay in Stuttgart) if you use this link!
Please note that Stuttgart is a busy city, so hotels may be fully booked if you complete your booking too late.
